 Mexican tuna salad with pasta


Ingredients:

3 cans solid white Albacore tuna drained
1 pound macaroni boiled and salted
1 can yellow corn drained
4 green onions chopped
1/2 yellow onion or red onion chopped
5 pickled jalapeños and carrots diced
2 celery sticks chopped
2 potatoes boiled and cubed
2 cups frozen mixed veggies (thawed)
1/2 a bunch of cilantro chopped
Mayo to your liking
1/2 cup crema
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

In a big bowl take ur tuna and shred with a fork. Add all the chopped veggies, corn, mixed veggies and pasta and mix well. Add mayo and crema salt and pepper Done!!! Serve on tostadas and add Valentina or Tapatio Enjoy!!!
